Rehearsal Dates
We sing on Saturday mornings from 10:15am to 11:45am in the offices of Holden & Co in Robertson Street, with the exception of the first Saturday of the month, doors open at 9:45am.
We are learning JS Bach's Cantatas 118 & 131 and St Matthew Passion (sung in English from the Neil Jenkins Novello edition), which we will be taking part in in October 2019. We will provide the music for the cantatas but you will need to get your own St Matthew Passion score if you decide you want to sing with us on 19th October.
WE MAY BE TAKING A BREAK IN AUGUST AS SEVERAL OF US ARE AWAY, BUT WE WILL KEEP THIS SITE UPDATED AS THIS MAY CHANGE.
Rehearsal dates for July 2019:
- no choir 6th & 13th as Ken is away
- we join with Battle Choral Society for their St Matthew Passion workshop at Battle Abbey School 10am-2pm (for details, call or text Beryl on 07804 137654)
- we sing on 27th July at Holden & Co offices at 10:15am
We resume rehearsals at Holden & Co offices on Saturday 14th September 2019 at 10:15am.
